I setup clover to report the coverage of iBATIS to see if there were any gaps
in the test that I could help with to fill in.
Some of the dynamic tags have a few holes, so I decided to find a simple
problem and provide a patch for a starter.
I have attached a svn patch file.
Let me know if I have done it correctly.
The patch fixes IsPropertyAvailableTagHandler.java to have 100% coverage now.
It tests the condition if you have provided a null as parameter (a good place
to start)
