I have played a little bit with SqlMapConfig.xsd and the
IBatisNet.Common.Utilities.Resources.cs class to allow iBatis to read
configuration properties in a -possibly encrypted - section of web.config. A
new class was also added, Common.Utilities.ConfigurationFactory
