apart from parametermap, inline parameters should be supported in a similar way
e.g.
{call my_stored_procedure (#description,jdbcType=VARCHAR,[EMAIL
PROTECTED],mode=INOUT#) }
this change should be very easy to implement and would allow to take advantage
of this new nice feature of JDBC3
