There were still some open items for 1.4 and we got Spark 3.5 support in. It 
will not delay the release.

We have an agreement to release each 3-4 months, except cases when major 
features can be delivered that pose interest to at least one group in the 
community. That's why I asked whether folks were looking forward to specific 
features and needed them ASAP.

We released 1.3 in June or late May and targeting to deliver 1.4 by the end of 
September. It is a bit behind the original plan, sorry about that. Is there a 
need to change the release strategy? Let me know what everybody thinks.
