+1 (binding)

- Verified signature, checksum, license.
- Build + test passed using openjdk 21.0.7 2025-04-15 LTS
- LICENSE/NOTICE files exist
- No unexpected binary files
- Ran a few examples on Spark
- Ran against pyiceberg CI [1]

I double checked all the new commits and verified that there's no
additional dependency updates.
I also had some trouble running the tests in one go, rerunning the failed
test suite
(`:iceberg-kafka-connect:iceberg-kafka-connect-runtime:integrationTest`)
worked.

Thanks for running the release, Huaxin!

Best,
Kevin Liu
