Thanks Robin for volunteering! I think we can go through the same process
as what we did for the cloud bundles and spark/flink runtime.

A good first step might be to fix forward the runtime-deps.txt definition
[1]. If I remember correctly, kafka-connect-runtime has 2 bundled jars, one
with Hive and one without.
This can give us a good basis to make edits to the LICENSE/NOTICE files.
