Hey Iceberg Community, I would like to propose the following small update to default values in v4 to support expressions as proposed by [DISCUSS] Extending Iceberg expressions <https://lists.apache.org/thread/9qly8km5q816300t93cn6d130r2lvy7r>.
This change would expand support for default values from strict constants/literals to value expressions. I've written a proposal <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NDMozxdvB3u66L-dTchnyZtQO5JCz3H9lUg14crpy8M/edit?tab=t.0> to describe the changes and draft PR for the spec changes (PR 16777 <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/16777>).
