I don't see any Spark 4.2 artifacts in the staging repository.
iceberg-spark-4.2_2.13, iceberg-spark-extensions-4.2_2.13 and
iceberg-spark-runtime-4.2_2.13 all return 404, while the 3.5, 4.0 and 4.1
equivalents are there.

dev/stage-binaries.sh has SPARK_VERSIONS=3.5,4.0,4.1, which looks like it
wasn't
updated when Spark 4.2 support landed in #14984. Everything else points to
4.2
being a supported target for this release: gradle.properties has
defaultSparkVersions=4.2 and knownSparkVersions=3.5,4.0,4.1,4.2, spark/v4.2
is in
the source tarball, spark42 is pinned to 4.2.0, CI runs the 4.2 test
matrix, and
Spark 4.2.0 is on Maven Central. Spark 4.1 was added and published together
in
1.11.0.

Since convenience binaries can't be added after the release, I think this
needs another RC.

Thanks,
Huaxin
