ignite-1301: added portable protocol version info to node's attributes
Portable protocol version is now added to Ignite node's attributes list.
If two nodes have different protocol versions then a joining node will fail
with corresponding exception.
However, in order to preserve backward compatibility, if a remote node's
protocol version is null then the exception won't be thrown.
In addition, added a couple of tests that check the version.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/dmagda/incubator-ignite ignite-1301
