Added test reproducing issue: IgniteCacheEntryListenerExpiredEventsTest (more
then 1 event can be fired for single entry expiration).
Very suspicious place is GridCacheMapEntry.onTtlExpired: even when entry is
obsolete it calls 'clearIndex' and 'releaseSwap' (these calls should be
prohibited for obsolete entry).
