Introduce an ability to execute C# scripts on remote nodes.
This may be useful for:
* Diagnostics and debugging on live cluster
* Quick try-out for computations
* Demo purposes
This is a light-weight alternative to IGNITE-2492: we don't have to deal with
automatically detecting whether assembly needs to be loaded remotely, with it's
dependencies and AppDomain lifecycle.
Instead, we send a string, compile it remotely, execute in a separate AppDomain
and unload it.
