IGNITE-3304 Add missing type parameter in serviceProxy
Method `serviceProxy` in Class
`org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.service.GridServiceProcessor` seems
missing type paramter "T", added it.
Also add a cast in method `serviceProxy` in class
`org.apache.ignite.internal.IgniteServicesImpl`.
