Two problems with space calculation:
1) If out-of-space exception is thrown, there is no guarantees that relevant
output stream will notice it, because {{onDone()}} method removes relevant
future.
2) Currently if max space is set to zero, we attempt to calculate it on our
own, using {{0.8 * heapSize}} metrics. This is terribly wrong for OFFHEAP
cache.
