Our JDBC drivers already have connection properties that correspond to
SqlFieldsQuery properties. So we can just add support of this parameter to
connection string parser.

Corresponding ticket created IGNITE-3563 (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-3563 ).
