Current DataRegion metrics lack information about how much space is used for
data or indexes.
We need to add the following metrics to the DataRegionMetrics interface:
* Total data/index pages
* Physical (loaded) data/index pages
* Evict rate/age for data/index pages
To the Persistence metrics:
* Evict rate/age for data/index pages
To cache metrics:
* Effective space used in data pages (key-value, PK index)
* Effective space used in index pages (secondary indexes)
