Fix For: 2.5
The test fails because sequence initialization compute is sent to nodes being
stopped. The test should be changed to test:
1) If the closure may be sent to a stopping node, then NodeStoppingException
should be ignored
2) Another test should send closures only to stable nodes and should not
tolerate any failures
