Since [Improve Ignite troubleshooting
logging|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-3336] have been
implemented, we should provide additional information about pending rebalance
futures.
See, {{GridDhtPreloader#dumpDebugInfo}} for details. For each cache group we
should dump at least info about:
* Uncomplete rebalance future
* Cache group name
* Rebalance topology version
* Collection of remainig supplier nodes to request
* Missed partition info (if exists)
* Collection of completed supplier requests (optional)
