Now the warning about the query execution time is too long is printed when the
query is already finished. See {{IgniteH2Indexing#executeSqlQueryWithTimer}}.
It looks strange: user has no information about really long query until it
ends. In the worst case the info about infinite query is printed never.
The warning should be printed by timeout.
Additional info about query: lazy mode, distributed joins etc, should be
printed with the warning.
