Fix For: 2.8
To avoid specific internal values need to change how we show values for some
fields.
Columns CACHES and CACHE_GROUPS: if there is no node filter
(IgniteAllNodesPredicate) we should print NULL
Columns CACHE_GROUPS.BACKUPS - show NULL for REPLICATED caches
(Integer.MAX_VALUE is shown at the moment)
