What I actually meant was 'in deployment environment' or even 'in production environment'. Sorry for the confusion. I really dislike the idea of ~/.ignite/work. It is a good default for in-memory runs, but storing gigabytes of sensitive data in a hidden directory is a Bad Idea in my opinion. I now side with user.dir.
