Igniters, As far as you may know, we have blocking PME now. It means that the upcoming operation's latency may be increased or already started operations can be canceled.
I've done some homework and found it's possible to have almost non-blocking PME (fully non-blocked in some cases). I'd like to discuss found with the community before starting the implementation.
