Fix For: 2.8
Add a test to verify that Thin Client async operation continuations run on
Thread Pool threads, and not on socket reader thread.
The behavior is correct right now thanks to {{ContWith}} usage in
{{DoOutInOpAsync}}, but this is an easy mistake to make, so tests are important.
