Now we print information about eviction only if it longer then threshold (i.e.
progress). And we can't detect in logs, that partition was evicted due to
different reasons (rebalance, wrong configuration custom affinity).
I think we could print information on info level about each evicted partition
before start of eviction. Information about partitions could be aggregated,
compacted and printed by timer, but *all evicted partitions must be printed to
log anyway.*
I would have the following information about each partition:
* partitionId
* groupId
* groupName
* reason (eviction, clearing)
