Current implementation supports only trivial expressions in index conditions,
i.e. {{x=1}}. We need to support all evaluatable expressions (which not depends
on input/table references) like {{x=?+10}}. Also we need to ensure that complex
expressions in index filters are simplified (see {{RexSimplify}}).
