Zhenya, It's not ok, but I think it's not a release blocker. Sources can be compiled using instructions given in DEVNOTES.txt (there are no requirements to enable checkstyle in our documentation). But we can fix build scripts to check compilation with enabled checkstyle for future releases. Guys, WDYT?
