Yes, we know that there is an ASF repo [1]. Moreover, there is another one
repo [2] with releases and cwiki page [4] referred to it. But as I
understood, Maksim and I do not have rights to merge PRs in these repos, so
the fastest and easiest way for us was to create a new fork from [2].
That's why we created [3].

We plan to migrate all commits to [1] and will notify here when it will be
ready.
