According to the guidelines, NOTICE file cannot be used for the disclaimer, but README or RELEASE_NOTES are OK.
We now will have: - LICENCE.txt - README.txt - NOTICE.txt - RELEASE_NOTES.txt I have added the disclaimer into RELEASE_NOTES, as adding another file already seems prolific to me.
