Currently we have only plugin configuration. We need to add cache plugin
configuration directly to CacheConfiguration, so that plugin data is serialized
and passed to other nodes.
Please do that ticket very carefully - every "GridGainCacheConfiguration" usage
must be carefully reviewed.
