I came across a very interesting feature that is apparently being developed for Ignite partitioned caches - canary key set. Seems like this feature will let us detect whenever the data is lost in a partitioned data grid. I think this is a HUGE improvement as it gives users visibility if all primary and backup copies for the same partition have been lost.
