Dmitriy, I have replied in another thread there seems to be a problem with the agents. If you look into the build log you will see this
Failed to start reason IOE during marking checkout directory dirty: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/teamcity/agent/system/checkoutdir-revisions/d58f44ada1c63217.xml.new (Read-only file system) None of my changes are active on the TC instances as build update hasn't been completed.
