Summary: Incorrect message for Generation complete dialog

If the output folder already has a content the utility shows confirmation
dialog to overwrite file(s). I set 'Apply to all' and press 'No' button. No
files updates but Generation complete dialog appears. I think the utility
should warn if no files changed during generation. It will prevent trivial user
mistakes
