Unused methods in GridCacheSwapManager.

Hi,

I found several unused methods in GridCacheSwapManager. E.g. "containsKey",
"offheapIterator", "swapIterator", etc.. Looks like artifacts from some
refactoring.
Are there any objections if I remove them?
