Ignites, Could anybody give a short description about IgniteConfiguration: UtilityCachePoolSize and UtilityCacheKeepAliveTime properties.
What for we need them? Javadocs says: "Keep alive time of thread pool size that will be used to process utility cache messages." What is this "utility cache messages"? When I need to change this settings? (possible use cases). I need to know this as a part of my work on IGNITE-843 Web Control Center, to add this settings on UI or not and if yes then I need to show informative description to user what for this property is.
