jenkins.impala.io's ubuntu-16.04-from-scratch will now have Junit test results

I added the "JUnit Post Build Publisher" to
https://jenkins.impala.io/job/ubuntu-16.04-from-scratch/, after testing it
on a cloned job a while ago. If you run into any trouble, please let me
know!
