Hello all, ASF Infra is establishing a Quarterly Preventative Maintenance window which will commence on 8 July from 1300 UTC to 0000 UTC. During this window, all systems will be patched, rebooted, and tested. This includes all build slaves, build masters, Jira, cwiki, svn, git, TLP webservers, and all other services Infra provides. We will endeavor to limit outages, but some services will be briefly unavailable during the QPM. See https://status.apache.org for updates during the window. This QPM window will occur on the second Sunday following the start of the quarter. After 8 July, the next window will occur on 14 October. In addition to the QPM, there will be a minor version upgrade to Jira on 14 July at 1700 UTC, with an expected downtime of 4 hours. -Chris ASF Infra
