We could add a search box that links to an external search engine, e.g. like so: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=site%3Aimpala.apache.org+inurl%3Adocs+random+replica&ia=web
Would this help? I don't know much about our dita doc generator, there might be much easier ways that I'm not aware of.
