I had a question about target vs fixed versions out-of-band. "Target Version" indicates that we want the JIRA to be fixed in that version. If it isn't fixed in time for that release, we would change the target version to a later release. "Fixed Version" indicates that the issue is fixed, and that the fix will appear in that version.
