[IMPALA-11606] Looking for reviewers

    I want to add a new 'untracked memory'  metric in impala(tracked by 
IMPALA-11606), and I've pushed some codes on 
'https://gerrit.cloudera.org/c/19029/'  for a long time,  anybody can help me
