The emergency is now over, Jenkins is back in service again.
Rolling back the Gerrit trigger plugin fixed the workflow; patch sets
submitted to gerrit.cloudera.org are again triggering precommit checks
correctly.

Triggers were broken since May 11th (last Saturday), so if you have
submitted patches since then, please resubmit them (or new versions) to
trigger these checks.
