IMPALA-14988 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-14988> doesn't

<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-15007> would, and should be
in a 5.0 release. I don't see any significant breaking changes to
impala-shell in the master branch. It does drop Python 2 support and moves
to Python 3.6 as the minimum, but those are all EOL at this point.
