   <p>When I clicked the "submit for approval" when new a data stream, got a 
error with "can't assign approvers for task :System Administrator".</p>

   <p>The business can be seen here, in the state of "waiting for approval"</p>

   <p>But it can't be seen in the list of "waiting for approval" here, so I
