I think `inlong-website` and `inlong-manager` can be placed in separate modules, because it will be convenient for front-end developers, and it will help users integrate `inlong-website` to their own `website`. At the same time, being placed in separate modules will help us build high availability easily for `inlong-manager` in the future.
