### Description
Now all the agent components share a set of metrics. When a component adds a
dimension, all components will have this dimension even if the value is empty.
This feature is to support different components to parse their related
metric.
### Use case
`MemoryChannel_total{dimension="pluginReadSuccessCount",inlongGroupId="default_inlong_group_id",pluginId="MemoryChannel",}
