### What happened
kafka extract node option congfig building error when use upsert-kafka
connector. upsert-kafka connector don't support options:
scan.startup.mode,scan.startup.specific-offsets,scan.startup.timestamp-millis.

build right config
### How to reproduce
just use upsert-kafka connector by sort build dataflow config
