### Description
- parent issue #10796
Due to the fact that the names of each function are in lowercase, if there
are uppercase function names passed in SQL, the corresponding function cannot
be found.
```java
public static ValueParser getTransformFunction(Function func) {
if (func == null) {
return null;
}
String functionName = func.getName(); // Inconsistent capitalization
Class<?> clazz = functionMap.get(functionName);
.......
}
```
