This is about including the Dutch spell checking dictionaries so that they are installed as part of the OOo software.
It is a relatively simple patch that was already done for OOo 1.1 and just has to be done again for OOo 2.0.
I assigned it to the Installation project just like the previous issue. If this is not correct, I would appreciate it if somebody could tell me which project the "dictionaries" subdirectory in the source tree belongs to. I had tried the Lingucomponent project before, but they don't have CVS access to it.
