As the subject reads, I think, we should integrate the setupguides to
our installer packages. This has been done in 1.x packaes and has been
requested for 2.0 as well.
I filed Issue 59391 for this.

Could somebody please take care about it? If anything is still neccesary
to be done by documentation or native lang projects, please tell.
