Hi, Thanks Kevin.
I think I need that because, (1) I want to add labels on some issues, e.g., `cluster`, `easy-fix`, which will be friendly for new committers (and then they can choose easy issue to let them quickly join the community), this advice is proposed by Christofer and I think it is really a good idea; (2) There are some invalid issues such as IOTDB-61 [1] 69 and 75 (69 and 75 are for testing JIRA notification to the mailing list); (3) Some issue statuses have been updated as Resolved, or some issues have corresponding PRs and these PRs have been merged into the main branch, but the assignees do not update the issues status... That's I think a jira issues cleaner is needed....
