Okay the "3. BUILD FAILURE" is not a real problem. It happened because I built
IoTDB on a brand new cloud computer without installing Java first.
After I installed Java and built again, the build succeeded. Forget about "3.
BUILD FAILURE"...
Now only the SNAPSHOT references and doc links look somewhat problematical.

'V0.10.x' version has not been created on the IoTDB website yet.
