Hi, 
I agree with that  put all design doc together to one place.
There is only one question to prompt:
For Chinese users, visit iotdb.apache.org or cwiki.apache.org these two 
websites may encounter some problems.
At present, users may also visit https://gitee.com/apache/iotdb (it can be seen 
as a mirror image of GitHub in China) this website looks at some design 
documents. If you put all the design documents on the conference, it may be 
even more inconvenient for Chinese users.
